This is a spontaneous post...
Falling asleep I dream, restless and weary I lay my head. The pillow soft and deep, my head sinks further and further until it moves no more. My head rested, my body still, my mind awake as I drift, being pulled into the darkness. I fight, that's what I do, I want to rest, but don't want to sleep for fear of dreaming, dreaming of you. Yet as I lay quiet not making a sound, I am still and seem at peace, I think of you. I don't want to see you, I don't want you to think of me, or see me, feel me or hurt me, but I know you will. Restless is my mind, body, heart and soul as I think of you alone in my bed. I think of you as I lie to myself and, tell myself - I don't want to. But deep down I know it's not true, I do want you, I want to see you, I want to feel you, I want you. I want you to see me, feel me, hear me, and I want you to think of me as I think of you. I wonder what it is that makes me see you, think of you the way I do? It's not rational, it's not fair and, I know that although you are no good for me, you consume me. You overtake my thoughts, you control my body and, you have me at your will. You have me so well, so fully, so completely that I would brake in your hands and, fold under your control. You would will it and it would be, you could bend me and, I would be shaped for whatever you will or desire wishes or wants. I crave you so intensely that I feel like I am starving, I hunger for you, but I never feel full nor satisfied with what you give me, as you give me nothing but bits, and pieces nowhere near enough. And I know deep down you know that, you know what you do, you know how you have me, how you bend me, how you starve me from you. I also know you do feel me, you want me, you crave me so much so, that your hunger burns deep within you, burning up your soul, heart, mind and body. You want more and more, the more you get the more you crave, you want it badly, yet it angers you. You're angry at me, at yourself for letting me affect you the way I do. You fear me yet you don't want me to go away, you want me to stay, you would see me stay with you for eternity if you could. You become wild and crazy with the idea of being with me, yet without me you would suffer and surely die of thirst. You thirst for me, as a quench something inside of you that you can not drink, nor can you taste anything but me. You curse my name out loud looking to the sky, then as you close your eyes you feel it - you feel that chill up your spine and a heat in the pit of your stomach as you tense and breath. I thought of you in that moment as I closed my eyes and cures your name, I felt you, I felt you deep within me as the heat spread throughout me, my stomach tensed, and the thought of you made me hungry again. You thirst as I hunger - we are somehow bound - bound to each other - I feel what you feel - I feel you, I see you, I need you, and yes I admit it I want you! Are you happy now? I ask in my own head as I admit it, I admit it and I find myself not caring what the world has to say, what you have to say, I only know what i feel and what I want, and I want you. Again a shiver deep and warm - I know it instantly, you just thought of me as I admitted I wanted you. Did you feel what I felt? I wonder to myself - I get the answer before you reply - Yes - Yes you do and, yes you will you say. I know it before you say it, I know you will hurt me but, somehow I just don't care. I fear it and know it to be wrong, I should care, I should damn well care very much, but I don't want to be without you - I don't want to, why should I - I can't - I won't - I don't want to! It's unfair, I don't want to feel this way, but I do. Even in my sleep you burn for me, and call me to you. Of course I come to you willingly and over joyed, but yet as I approach your fear pushes me so firmly away from you that I fall. I fall looking at you from the bottom, from down here I look up at you and I see it in your eyes. The fear and pain, the want and need, the completeness in the way you want me, yet you fear yourself. You don't want to hurt me, not this one! You say in your head. You look at me pained with tears in your eyes, I smile for you knowing you hurt and, I would do anything to not hurt you. I reach out to you my hand, you grab my hand but you do not lift, instead you fall weeping to the floor. You have fallen, you fall into my lap as you lose it with grief and curse my name. My tears fall from my eyes, over my lips I taste your hurt and mine. I don't want to hurt you, but yet I know I will. Look at me I think it but don't say it for fear of opening my mouth. You move so slowly as your eyes hit mine, they lock, ignite and that is all it took, to see you, for you to see me, we see each other and eternity is not long enough! For you have me, you had me, you always will - I have you, you are mine and I am yours - eternity is forever and forever starts now...

The event features a 10-round bout for the USBA Heavyweight Title between Steve "USS" Cunningham and USBA Champion Amir "Hardcore" Mansour live on NBCSN Fight Night from the Liacouras Center in Philadelphia, PA. Chatman focusing on winning, not making friends, in return to Providence on Friday
PROVIDENCE, R.I. (March 25th, 2014) -- Having already marked his territory in Rhode Island by beating hometown favorite Thomas Falowo in July, Jersey City middleweight Chris Chatman has taken his newfound allegiance to New England one step further by signing with Classic Entertainment & Sports, the region's premier combat sports firm.
But don't think for a second being part of a team for the first time in his career has tamed the outspoken, 5-foot-8 southpaw.
"I'm focusing my efforts on becoming a world champion," Chatman said, "and if I have to take out their whole lineup to do it, then so be it."
For now, Chatman (11-3-1, 5 KOs) will focus his efforts on chopping down another out-of-town challenger with ties to New England, The Contender Season 2 champion Grady Brewer(30-16, 18 KOs) of Lawton, Okla., in Friday night's main event at Twin River Casino.
Brewer teamed with Rhode Island's Gary "Tiger" Balletto on the hit reality series in 2006 and returned to Providence two years later to beat fellow Contender alum Cornelius Bundrage. Now he'll face the hard-hitting Chatman, who's gained an improbable cult-like following in Rhode Island not only for his win over Falowo, but also for his effort in a disputed loss to former Olympian Demetrius Andrade in 2009, his first of three appearances at Twin River.
The eight-round middleweight bout between Chatman and Brewer will be the headliner of Classic Entertainment & Sports' latest installment of the 2014 Twin River Fight Series. "He's a strong fighter," Brewer said of Chatman. "A guy like him, you know he's coming to fight.
"I'm excited to come back to Providence," he continued. "I loved it there. Great fight fans. They love boxing and I'm excited to show them what I can do."
Despite an age difference of 14 years (Chatman is 29 an Brewer is 43), the two are chasing the same dream of winning a world title, and both have shown the willingness to fight anyone at any given time, even if it means standing toe-to-toe with a hometown favorite on foreign soil.
Born and raised in Chicago, Chatman eventually relocated to San Diego and carved his niche out west, fighting nine of his first 10 bouts in California -- the lone exception and only blemish on his record being the fight in Rhode Island against Andrade -- before taking his 9-1 record to Forth Worth to face unbeaten Texan Charles Hatley. The two traded knockdowns and fought to a majority draw. Two of the three judges scored it even while the third favored Hatley by four rounds.
It wouldn't be the last time Chatman found himself on the wrong end of a decision in his opponent's backyard. After beating Falowo last year, he faced unbeaten Maryland prospect Jarret Hurd in Maryland in a six-round bout in January. Hurd won by split decision. One judge scored it 59-55 in favor of Chatman. The other two gave it to Hurd, 58-56 and 59-55.
"Anyone who saw that fight knows I won it," Chatman said. "I'm always putting my best in the ring. That's the only way I know how to do it. I think it's a shame when a fighter trains hard and makes all the sacrifices and wins the fight, but loses because of politics.
"It discredits our sport and shows the lack of integrity among judges. That's one of the reasons I love to fight in Rhode Island. I always get a fair shot."
Five of Chatman's last seven opponents were undefeated at the time of the fight, and Falowo only had one loss when they faced one another last year. The combined record of those opponents was 76-5-2 before the bell rang.
Fittingly, Brewer has built a similar resume through the years with each of his last three fights coming against undefeated opponents, including a 2013 showdown against world-rated Russian prospect Matt Korobov -- "to this day, one of the better fighters I've faced," Brewer said -- and a scheduled eight-round bout against 17-0 Tony Harrison of Detroit in April.
After beating Steve Forbes in The Contender finale, Brewer won his next four fights before stopping unbeaten Nigerian prospect Albert Onolunose in the second round of their scheduled 12-round bout. Two years later, he handed world-title challenger Fernando Guerrero -- 21-0 at the time -- the first loss his career via fourth-round knockout. Brewer has also faced World Boxing Association (WBA) light middleweight champion Erislandy Lara and Andrade, the current World Boxing Organization (WBO) champ.
"The Contender was real instrumental for me because it set the stage for my career and gave me the respect I had been looking for," Brewer said.
"I'm always trying to get to the top. Sometimes, I've been there, and sometimes I've taken fights on short notice thinking I was ready, and that's part of the reason why I wasn't always able to show who I really am."
With the dream of winning a world title still within reach, Brewer draws inspiration from former champs George Foreman and Bernard Hopkins. Foreman had been the oldest fighter to win a world title before the 48-year-old Hopkins broke his record in 2013. Brewer still has a shot, but he needs to beat Chatman on Friday to snap his four-fight losing streak.
The fight is of equal importance to Chatman, who'd benefit tremendously by beating a well-known veteran with more than three times his experience as a professional.
"I'm putting my all into this like I do with every fight," Chatman said. "Grady is a veteran, a former champ, and he has the experience to back it up. Like me, he's pulled off many upsets, so to go in there thinking I'm guaranteed a win is foolish.
"That being said, I'm confident enough in my work ethic to expect that I can earn a victory."
Win or lose, Chatman's future in New England will certainly be entertaining if nothing else, and though he may never get that coveted rematch with Andrade, there are plenty of opponents to target in this neck of the woods, teammates or not.
"If you're between 154 and 168 pounds and you're being put ahead of me, you'll be in my sights," Chatman said. "I'm ready to prove that I'm No. 1 and if anyone wants to speak to the contrary, you're more than welcome to step up and glove up."
Friday's undercard includes the return of unbeaten Providence middleweight KJ Harrison-Lombardi (5-0-1) of Providence, who will put his record on the line in a four-round bout against Jason Bakanowski (0-1) of Worcester, Mass.
Coming off a knockout win over veteran Arthur Saribekian in November, Cape Cod, Mass., heavyweight Jesse Barboza (7-1-1, 5 KOs) will look to stay on track against East Stroudsburg, Pa., heavyweight Glenn Thomas in a four-round bout while Springfield, Mass., welterweight Zack Rasmey (6-0, 3 KOs) takes on veteran Shakha Moore (11-19-3, 2 KOs) of Norwalk, Conn., in a six-rounder.
Louisiana cruiserweight Alvin Varmall Jr. (2-0, 2 KOs), who made his Twin River debut in February with a knockout win over Andre Ward, will return to face Devon Mosley (0-0-1) of Capitol Heights, Md., in a four-round bout and Chattanooga, Tenn., lightweight prospect Ryan Martin (3-0, 2 KOs) will face Justin Robbins (2-5, 1 KO) of Springfield, Ill., in a four-round bout. Cranston, R.I., welterweight Nick DeLomba (2-0) will return in a separate four-round bout. All fights and fighters are subject to change.

Producer Jim Jonsin opens up about working on B.o.B.'s new project, which he thinks already has a few hit records after only being in the studio for a week and a half. After Three Straight Wins Lonnie B Thompson is Looking to Keep His Streak Alive Against Young Up-and-Comer Kalajdzic March 29 at Boardwall Hall
Atlantic City, NJ: 28 year old light heavyweight Lionell "Lonnie B" Thompson (15-2-0, 9KOs) is looking to keep his streak of three straight wins alive as the highlight of the undercard of the Kovalev-Agnew fight at Boardwalk Hall on March 29 with his ten round match-up against the undefeated Radivoje "Hot Rod" Kalajdzic (14-0-0, 10 KOs) originally of Zenica, Bosnia.
Lonnie's three straight victories include two unanimous decisions, one on December 14, 2013 against Ryan Coyne in ten rounds as the co-feature on NBCSN Fight Night at Resorts in Atlantic City, NJ, the other an eight round unanimous decision victory over Yathomas Riley at the Paramount Theatre in Huntington, NY on May 11, 2013, and a second round TKO against Chuck Mussachio at Bally's Event Center in Atlantic City, NJ on February 23, 2013. He said, "It is very important for me to keep the momentum going after three straight wins but I really don't focus on that. I just don't plan on losing for the rest of my career. I just think about dominating every opponent I get in the ring with."
Thompson has not lost since September 21, 2012 when he suffered a third round TKO (on nine days' notice) at the hands of Main Events stable mate Sergey "Krusher" Kovalev, who is coincidentally defending his WBO Light Heavyweight Title in the main event on March 29. Lonnie reflects on the Kovalev fight as a great learning experience and a chance to prove he can get right back in the ring. He said, "After the Kovalev fight I came right back and I think a lot of people are overlooking that. A lot of guys take a loss and take like ten months off. I came in as an opponent and dominated my next three opponents. I didn't take the easy fights. I came in with all odds against me."
Lonnie is originally from Buffalo, NY but he is training for this fight in Manhattan, NY at Mendez Boxing. He said he has a great sparring partner to help him prepare to fight Kalajdzic, "I have a sparring fighter that fights exactly like him but just a little more aggressive. My sparring partner is Russian and he works out perfect to prepare me for this fight. He doesn't speak the language but he is strong as hell. I'm ready."
The undefeated Kalajdzic has a 71% knockout-to-win-ratio but Thompson's manager, Kevin Diever, does not think that will matter, "He has never faced anybody with the competition of Lionell. He has a protected record. Lionell is quicker and has the ability to destroy this guy. This time he is both physically and mentally prepared. He is going to have contend with the best version of Lionell."
According to Main Events' matchmaker Jolene Mizzone, Kalajdzic wanted this fight, "This is a fight where the opponent called and specifically asked to fight Thompson. Getting opponents for Lonnie is not easy. Kalajdzic is young and hungry and he wants to fight the guy that no one wants to fight. That says a lot about him. This will be Kalajdzic's biggest test to date."
March 29th features the WBO Light Heavyweight World Title showdown between Sergey "Krusher" Kovalev (23-0-1, 21KOs) and Cedric Agnew (26-0-0, 13 KOs) from the Ballroom at Boardwalk Hall in Atlantic, City, NJ.
