According to the Dallas Morning News, Dallas Cowboys nose tackle Joshua Brent has been arrested and charged with intoxicated vehicular manslaughter by the Irving Police Department following an accident on East State Highway 114 early Saturday morning that claimed the life of Cowboys practice squad linebacker Jerry Brown.

Brent and Brown were teammates at the University of Illinois.

According to the report, Brent was traveling at a high rate of speed when his vehicle "hit the outside curb", causing it to flip over and come to rest in the middle of the road. Brent was given a field sobriety test, which he failed, and had blood drawn at a local hospital before booked on the second-degree felony by the Irving PD. According to Tim MacMahon of ESPN.com, Brent was trying to drag Brown from the burning car when the police arrived on scene.

Christopher "Notorious B.I.G." Wallace attends the 1995 Billboard Music Awards in 1995 in New York. He was killed in 1997

(CNN) -- The Los Angeles County Coroner's Office released the autopsy report on Christopher Wallace, aka The Notorious B.I.G. or Biggie Smalls, on Friday, more than 15 years after the rapper was shot to death.

The 23-page report offers fresh details about his death, which remains one of the city's best-known unsolved homicides.

Wallace, 24, was shot and killed early on March 9, 1997, as he was leaving a music industry party. He was riding in the front passenger seat of a Chevrolet Suburban when another vehicle pulled up beside his and someone opened fire.

So it's understandable that Bieber's manager Scooter Braun is upset over the fact thatBelieve is starkly absent from the list of 2013 Grammy Nominees — especially considering that LMFAO got a nod (no offense, LMFAO). Carly Rae Jepsen of "Call Me Maybe" fame, another of Braun's clients, managed to snag two nominations, but was little consolation.

Basketball Wives‘ fifth season is already under way, and now Shaunie O’Neal and Evelyn Lozada have divulged a few more tidbits about what to expect this season on the show. Though no official casting has been confirmed, Shaunie mentioned that there will be a new face on the show, someone “that’s really good friends with Evelyn [Lozada] and myself.” She also explained the off-camera relationships she has with the rest of the cast, saying that aside from Evelyn, she only sees the other ladies during filming. “Evelyn and I keep in contact and we do stuff together throughout the year, but when it comes to everybody else, it’s kinda like we just get together when it’s time to do a show,” she says.

And Evelyn also confirmed that despite the controversial drama of last season, she just hopes for a more calm situation for season five. “We never go into a season saying, ‘Hey, well this is what we’re going to do. I know it’s been—especially last season was a little crazy, but we kinda just go with the flow. We’re hoping it’s smooth rolling next season,” she explains. Time will tell, they’ve only shot the show for a few days, and we’re excited to see how this season plays out.

Doesn't specify which line, but the iMac is a pretty good guess

FORTUNE -- Tim Cook drops a bombshell in his interview with Brian Williams scheduled to air Thursday evening: Apple (AAPL) next year will begin manufacturing one of its existing Mac lines exclusively in the U.S.

The news came in a NBC releaseposted early Thursday morning. "We've been working for years on doing more and more in the United States," Cook tells Williams in a Rock Center broadcast scheduled for 10 p.m. Eastern. The NBC video.

Apple shipped the vast majority of its manufacturing to China shortly after Cook joined Apple from Compaq. He didn't specify which line of Macs would be made in the U.S., but reports last weekthat some of the new 21-inch iMacs come with "Assembled in the USA" labels on them is strongly suggestive. (Note, however, that soldering in a few parts in an iMac is not the same as building an entirely new manufacturing plant.)
