TEMPORARY PARKING BANS TO BE IMPOSED



New Haven – City public works officials today described good progress
as a result of ongoing snow removal operations and said city workers
have completed downtown snow removal for the time being.

The focus of snow removal operations will now move to residential
streets, particularly narrow ones pinched further by piled-up snow, that
have been identified by fire department officials.

The following is a list of streets where city crews will be working
Friday, February 13, 2015, where temporary parking bans will be in place
from 7:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m.:

           1. Cassius Street from Howard to Cedar St  (both-sides)
           2. Carlisle Street from Howard to the Loop  (both-sides)
           3. Liberty Street from Columbus to Union Ave (both-sides)
           4. Portsea Street from Loop to Dewitt St (both-sides)
           5. Adeline Street from West to Barclay St (both-sides)
           6. Truman Street from West to Barclay St (both-sides)
           7. Thorn Street from West to Eddy St (right-side)
           8. Eddy Street from Thorn to Hedge St (right-side)
