TO DESCRIBE SUMMERTIME ‘ONE CITY’ INITIATIVE

60 EVENTS IN 60 DAYS SCHEDULED
New Haven – Mayor Toni N. Harp will be joined at City Hall tomorrow by management team leaders and other organizers of this summer’s ‘One City’ initiative, to describe the innovative, community-building series of events citywide, meant to bring residents closer through shared experiences.
Tomorrow’s announcement is scheduled for 1:00 p.m. on Floor 2 of City Hall – 165 Church Street – in New Haven, and will feature samples of the creative talent that’ll be on display this summer.
New Haven’s ‘One City’ initiative features 60 events on 60 consecutive days – organized cooperatively by members of all 12 management districts, with events planned in each of them – beginning June 28. It, ‘combines the full scope of all New Haven has to offer, share, and celebrate,’ Mayor Harp said.
