Public Enemy hype man Flavor Flav was arrested this morning in Las Vegas for assault with a deadly weapon. According to TMZ, Flav got into a heated argument with his fiance and her teenage son.
The argument escalated and Flav, real name William Drayton Jr., reportedly got into a physical altercation with his fiance and pulled a knife on her son. The fiance then called 911.
When the Las Vegas Metropolitan Department responded to the call they arrested the rapper. He was taken into custody and booked on charges of felony assault with a deadly weapon and misdemeanor domestic violence.
He was released several hours later after posting $23,000 .
