Ebony Horsewomen, Inc. (EHI) in collaboration with Dr. Rebecca Cohen, Malcolm Ashley and Shafiq Abdussabur, are excited to announce their Horses to Humans Therapeutic help for New Haven communities!
They will be bringing their horses, therapists and community trauma specialist who will discuss and introduce equine assisted psychotherapy and unpack the process of how horses help to heal people. The information and training about this treatment modality is geared specifically for the community as well as clinicians and mental health professionals who would like to learn about how to become a certified equine assisted psychotherapist!
EHI's Junior Patrol Members will also be attending and introducing youth to their horses. See the flyer below for more info...
