Homicide Arrest
On Tuesday, May 28, 2019, New Haven Police charged 32 year old James M. Tobin of Seymour, Connecticut for the murder of Thomas Hart . On Tuesday, May 21, 2019, the 28 year old victim was fatally shot on Congress Avenue at Redfield Street. Tobin’s warrant charge is murder. Bond has been set at $2,000,000. James M. Tobin is due in New Haven court today for an arraignment hearing at 121 Elm Street
