Learn how to evaluate and debunk diet myths, set sustainable goals, truly understand what the nutrition label says, and control your environment. THIS CLASS WILL NOT TELL YOU EXACTLY WHAT TO EAT. Rather, it will teach you about recommended nutritional distribution ranges, the basics of nutrition, tips to break away from disordered eating, and how to maintain sustainable, healthy eating habits so you can stop crash dieting and repair your relationship with food.
